Viktor Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to every partner in the Viktor.com Affiliate Program (all groups, unless you have a separate signed agreement with us that says otherwise). Your commission rate, discount and payout schedule are shown in your partner dashboard and can change from time to time; the rules below are about which referrals count.

1. Eligible referrals

Commission is paid on new customers you bring to Viktor through your partner link or your own partner discount code. A referral counts when a person who came from you creates a Viktor workspace and later pays for a plan or credits.

2. What does not qualify

• Coupon, voucher, deal and cashback sites. Clicks and discount-code redemptions that come from coupon, voucher, deal, cashback or promo-code sites and listings (including forums, groups or pages set up to distribute codes) are not eligible for commission.
• Brand bidding. Bidding on "Viktor", "getviktor", "viktor.com" or misspellings of them in paid search is not allowed unless we have agreed to it in writing. Other paid promotion is fine as long as the ads are yours and do not impersonate Viktor.
• Self-referrals and existing customers. Commission is not paid on your own workspaces, on workspaces of your own company or team, or on people who were already Viktor customers before they came from you, unless we have agreed a specific arrangement with you.
• Incentivised or misleading traffic. Paying people to sign up, bots, fake or duplicate accounts, and claims about Viktor that we have not published ourselves.

3. Your discount code

Your partner discount code is for your own audience: your site, newsletter, videos, podcast, community or direct recommendations. Publishing it on coupon or deal sites, or letting others distribute it for you, is not allowed. If your code shows up on such a site, we may remove the code, withhold the commissions attributed to it, or move your account to link-only tracking.

4. Reviews, holds and payouts

Commissions go through a 30-day holding period and may be reviewed before payout. Where we find traffic that does not meet these terms, we can withhold or reverse the affected commissions and, in serious or repeated cases, end the partnership. Refunded or disputed payments do not earn commission. When we do hold a commission for review, we will tell you why if you ask.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to commissions created after the update; commissions already earned under the previous terms are not affected. We will let you know of material changes through your partner dashboard or by email.
